Data Processing Automation Using Excel VBA

Automation tool for a government employee client to help his team processing data on a daily basis.
Excel VBA was used to develop tool to combine multiple XLXS files containing manifests data obtained from different logistics companies, into one file. Then, based on predefined criteria, the combined data was automatically filtered, saving processing time and further increasing client’s productivity.
Previously, the combining and filtering processes were done manually and took much longer time.
Excel ‘Record Macro’ and PowerQuery features were also utilized to develop the tool.
